Do I need to create an account to place an order?

You do not need an account to place an order in our online store. However, setting up an account will allow you to view past orders and the status of your order once you have made your purchase.

I want to place an online order, how can I make the payments?

The Cut Project offers different methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Bizum. All transactions with credit / debit cards on the website will be processed through a secure payment gateway.

How to choose the right size?

It is important that you choose the right size. You can find a size guide on our website (product page and footer). The measurements are in centimeters and correspond to the length of your foot resting flat on the floor. Use a tape measure or a ruler to find the length of your foot at its longest part. Some difference between feet is normal, one of them can be slightly lager than the other. So please choose your shoe size based on your largest foot.

How do I clean my shoes?

Care and cleaning instructions are detailed in the page of each model. In any case, you should never put shoes in the washer or dryer.

Are the payment methods of your website safe?

Our website uses SSL security certificates so your data will be completely safe. We do not keep any of the data that you provide us, but are sent to the payment platforms in an encrypted and totally secure way in order to make the transaction with the bank.

How can I find out when a product is back in stock?

You can make a request for it on the product page by giving your email address.

I want to return my shoes.

The return must be requested indicating the order number and the reasons for your return, by writing an email to info@thecutproject.com. All returns must be approved by THE CUT PROJECT.
Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned in the same condition as you received them. They must be packed in their original packaging with all the accessories (cotton bag, laces, tissue paper, card, etc.) and protected by the same box in which the shipment was made. You must also include a printed copy of the return authorization email that was sent to you.
